- UAE under AED 300 → AED 25 · over AED 300 → free
- Wider GCC under AED 500 → AED 60 · over AED 500 → free

Standard returns
After 30 days.
Unopened, undamaged bottles can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping. Email us first — we'll send a return label.
For opened bottles outside the 30-day Clarity Promise window, we can't accept returns for hygiene reasons. But — please contact us. We'd rather make sure you got value than process a return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
