Calm, sustained attention
Feels like: Less mental noise. Easier to stay on the hard task without reaching for stimulants.
Driven by
- L-Theanine — 200 mg
- Citicoline — 250 mg
Acute effects from day 1. Compounding effects through week 8.
The science
We chose ingredients with the strongest human-trial evidence, dosed each one inside the trial range, and published every milligram on the label. This page is the receipt.
Three levers, one capsule
RISE works across three outcome levers. Here is which ingredient is doing what, and the time horizon for each.
Feels like: Less mental noise. Easier to stay on the hard task without reaching for stimulants.
Driven by
Acute effects from day 1. Compounding effects through week 8.
Feels like: Names, numbers, and the through-line of a conversation come back faster.
Driven by
Slow compounders. Most users feel the difference between week 6 and week 12.
Feels like: The 3 PM dip quietly stops happening. No jitters, no crash.
Driven by
Adaptogen build-up over 2–4 weeks. B-vitamins from day 1.
How we built RISE
We started with the question: what would a brand do if it actually believed every dose mattered? Here is what that produced.
01
Most blends include 18–25 ingredients to look complete on the label, then micro-dose each one to keep the cost down. We did the opposite: eight ingredients, every one inside the human-trial dose range.
02
We excluded ingredients whose evidence base was animal-model or open-label. Each active in RISE has been studied in randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials on adults.
03
No caffeine. Halal-certified capsule. Designed to be taken with breakfast and to last through asr without a crash. Formulated for hot climates — stable storage up to 30°C.
04
Each manufacturing batch is tested by a third-party ISO-17025 lab for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial load. Reports are published on the Lab Transparency page. If a batch fails, it does not ship.

Built in the GCC
Most premium nootropic brands are formulated for cooler climates and shorter workdays. RISE was designed for the way people in the GCC actually work — the back-to-back meetings, the long evenings, the heat that drains baseline energy by 2 PM.
That meant choosing actives that stabilise energy without stimulating it, formulating without caffeine, and making sure the capsule itself is halal-certified and stable in transit through summer logistics. The principles came first. The ingredients followed.
Read the formulation principlesIf you cannot publish the dose on the label, the dose is probably the problem.

Outcomes that matter
Self-reported across our pilot cohort of daily users in the GCC. Read the methodology below.
92%
Within the first 30 days of daily use.
87%
No mid-afternoon crash, no jitters.
81%
Calmer baseline under work pressure.
78%
Effect deepens between weeks 6 and 12.
Pilot survey of 1,247 daily users at week 12. Results are self-reported and do not constitute medical advice. RISE is a supplement, not a medicine.
Every ingredient, in plain English
Read the mechanism, the dose, and the trial we used to set it. Each citation is one tap away.
600 mg
Hericium erinaceus
A medicinal mushroom shown to support nerve-growth-factor expression in the brain — the mechanism behind learning, memory, and long-term cognitive resilience.
320 mg
Brahmi
Standardised to 50% bacosides. Effects compound over 8–12 weeks of daily use.
250 mg
CDP-Choline
Precursor to acetylcholine and phosphatidylcholine — the membrane fat that brain cells are built from.
200 mg
Camellia sinensis
Amino acid from green tea. RISE uses theanine without caffeine — calm, alert focus, no jitters.
200 mg
Korean Red Ginseng
Adaptogen with measured effects on mental fatigue and reaction time during sustained cognitive load — the kind of work that drains the afternoon.
30 mg
Crocus sativus
Standardised to 2% safranal. Meta-analysis shows comparable effect to first-line interventions for low mood at this exact dose.
1,500 mg
Lepidium meyenii
Andean adaptogen used for endurance and steady energy across the day.
Per-RDI
B6, B9, B12
Methylated forms (methylfolate, methylcobalamin) — bioavailable for the ~30% of adults with MTHFR variants.
The evidence, plainly
Every active in RISE is dosed within the range used in the human studies below. Not animal models. Not extrapolations.
Lion's Mane
600 mg / day
Significant improvement vs. placebo on the cognitive function scale at weeks 8, 12, and 16. Effect dissipated 4 weeks after stopping.
Bacopa monnieri
320 mg / day (50% bacosides)
Significant gains in delayed word recall and information processing speed at week 12 vs. placebo. Effects compound over time — minimal at week 4, robust by week 12.
Citicoline (CDP-Choline)
250 mg / day
Significantly improved attention and reduced impulsive errors vs. placebo. Effects observed at the 250 mg dose used in RISE.
L-Theanine
200 mg / day
L-theanine alone increased alpha-wave activity (associated with relaxed alertness) within 40 minutes. RISE uses theanine without caffeine — calm, alert focus by design.
Panax Ginseng
200 mg standardised extract
Improved reaction time during sustained cognitive tasks; reduced subjective mental fatigue at 200 mg vs. placebo.
Saffron
30 mg / day (2% safranal)
30 mg/day saffron extract showed effect comparable to first-line interventions for mild–moderate low mood across the pooled trials. RISE uses the exact 30 mg dose.

What to expect
Some effects show up in the first week. Others need the membrane chemistry to actually rebuild. We tell you which is which.
Days 1–7
L-Theanine and the B-complex begin shifting EEG alpha-wave activity within the first dose. Most users notice a steadier mental baseline by day three — fewer afternoon dips, less mental noise.
Why: L-Theanine (200 mg) + B6/B12 cofactor support — fast-acting, no caffeine.
Weeks 2–4
Panax Ginseng and Maca begin doing what adaptogens do: smoothing the cortisol curve under load. This is the part where the 3 PM slump quietly stops showing up.
Why: Adaptogen stack (Ginseng 200 mg + Maca 1,500 mg) — accumulates over 14–28 days.
Weeks 4–8
Citicoline is rebuilding phosphatidylcholine in cell membranes — the structural fat that brain cells are made of. This is membrane chemistry, not stimulation, and it takes weeks not days.
Why: Citicoline (250 mg) — turnover of brain phospholipids.
Weeks 8–12
The slowest-acting ingredients are also the deepest. Bacopa's effect on dendritic branching and Lion's Mane's NGF support both reach measurable peak around week 12 in the published trials. This is the compounding zone — the reason daily use matters.
Why: Bacopa (320 mg, 50% bacosides) + Lion's Mane (600 mg) — neuroplastic rebuilding.
